The Harbor was horrible. Way overpriced and almost nothing was open, this means you have been basically held hostage to seek out food and entertainment. Fells Place was a great practical experience and time. I wouldn't check out Harbor again, but will surely drop by Fells Stage and Little Italy.3Failure to terminate a reservation at least ten minut
